When people say things I assume they speak without the thought that it can impact the world and become quoted. It seems as though it is a matter of common sense. A great mind thinks of great things. No one says, “I want to make a famous quote so let me take a pen and paper and think of inspirational words.” People learn through life experiences. People speak as a response to their situation. Besides Hillary being a strong presidential candidate, this quote proves that Hillary wants to end the gap between facts and ignorance. Some people may think the only reason other candidates are being tough on her is because she is a female. As an educated woman, she knows that if she was not a strong candidate, or not in the lead, she would be the least of their worries and would work much harder on their campaign than ways to damage her. Hillary is able to bridge that gap and set aside that idea that they are "picking" on her. That is a redundant statement considering we are talking about a presidential campaign and not a fourth grade graduation. I can not imagine any of these adults deciding to "pick" on one another. A great mind encourages other great minds with their ideas. I am not sure about you, but Hillary definitely goes quoted in my book. Ladies be educated enough to NOT use your gender as an excuse but look at the bigger picture. We are the competition.
